1. WHO WE ARE
This website is operated by Lumora ("Lumora", "we", "us", "our"), based in Hopewell Junction, NY 12533, United States. You can reach us at talbradropshipping@gmail.com.
By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the payment method you're using is your own.
3. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors and finishes may appear differently on your screen than in person, and packaging may vary. Specifications are supplied by our manufacturer and may be updated without notice.
All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, including after an order is placed — if we do, we'll contact you and offer you the choice of confirming at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
Any reference price shown alongside our selling price is our own former or intended regular price for the item, not a competitor's price.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason — including suspected fraud, a pricing error, or stock we can't source — and if we do, we'll refund you in full.
We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details. By submitting payment information you confirm you're authorised to use that payment method and that the information you've given is accurate.
6. SHIPPING, TITLE AND RISK
Shipping and delivery are covered by our Shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you supplied.
7. HEALTH AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
This is the most important section on this page, so we've kept it plain.
Our products are general-wellness consumer devices. They are not medical devices. They are not FDA-cleared or FDA-approved, and no statement made by us has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing we sell or say is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including any form of hair loss.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we are not qualified to give it. Individual results vary, and some people will experience no change at all.
Consult a physician or dermatologist before use — and particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a photosensitivity disorder, take photosensitizing medication (certain antibiotics, retinoids and diuretics among them), have an active scalp or skin condition, have an open wound on your scalp, or have a history of skin cancer. Stop using the product and speak to a doctor if you experience irritation or discomfort.
You use our products at your own risk and are responsible for following the instructions supplied with them.

The content of this site — text, photography, layout, graphics and the Lumora name and branding — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you send us reviews, photographs, ideas or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business, and you confirm it's your own and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit or remove submissions, and we're under no obligation to publish anything. We will never publish a review that wasn't written by a real customer.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our site may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services. We don't control them, we're not responsible for their content or practices, and a link isn't an endorsement. Review their terms and policies yourself.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except where the law says otherwise, the site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law does not permit that exclusion.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lumora harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Please check back before ordering.
